Do you ship internationally?

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, we are currently only shipping to the continental U.S. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

How long does it take to process an order?

Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. Also, on Fridays, if you place an order before 5 pm, we will ship it this week and after 5 pm we will ship it the following Monday. Weekend and public holiday orders will be dispatched the following business day.

What to do if an order takes too long to process?

If the product you purchased without special notes and the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact our customer service staff. After verification, we will reschedule your shipment and reimburse you with a $10 coupon.

Order processing deadline.

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST)on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).

Will I be charged sales tax?

Please note that the consumer is only responsible for the excise tax on the goods. We are not responsible for any taxes or fees.

What do I do if my parcel is damaged during shipping?

We take every precaution to keep your parcel safe in transit, but if something happens along the way, we are not responsible for that. You can contact us, and we will then help you contact the logistics company.

How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?

Product shipping time is within 15 days. For Standard Delivery, the time is 3-12 business days; for Express Delivery, the time is 1-5 business days. If you do not receive your order after 30 days, please get in touch with us at sale@bbworkroom.com.

What to do if the order shipping time is too long?

If the shipping time is longer than 60 days, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule your shipment or refund you. Thank you for your cooperation.

When is my order shipping?

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgment to your email address which shows the expected shipping date. If your expected ship date changes for any reason, you will receive a follow-up acknowledgment with the new shipping date.

Goods lost or damaged.

We are not responsible for damage or loss with occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. In case you receive damaged goods let us know immediately, and we will then help you contact the logistics company.
