Return policy.

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, we provide no reason to return or exchange it within 30 days.

As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to our warehouse in good condition our team will issue your refund. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we ask that your order number be clearly marked on all boxes for our warehouse team. Please note that the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer, with products received back to our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. Just like most return policies we are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned.

Initiate returns or exchanges.

If it is a quality problem with our products, please provide us with an unboxing video and pictures of the damaged product. After verification, we will arrange to reship the product with the shipping cost borne by the seller.

If it's just that you don't like or don't want our products and want a refund or return, unfortunately, we don't accept returns for such reasons. If you insist on returning or exchanging the items, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In addition, we do not charge for relisting the product.

Order cancellation.

  • Cancellation - Unshipped

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. Cancellations should be made within 30 minutes of the time you place your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve the order package in the processed order. 

  • Cancellation - Shipped

You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment, but it will need to be returned after the customer receives the package and we will refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.

Order cancellation processing time.

We will process your canceled order within 12 hours. Orders canceled within 30 minutes will be refunded within 24 hours.

Refunds.

We are only able to issue refunds via the original method used for payment on the order. The exact time for refunds to arrive is based on your payment method and it takes about 1-2 business days. Please be patient and thank you for your understanding.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Clients are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. The cost of the delivery will only be returned in case we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.
